Nore Public Alpha support
Support
Public Alpha help, safety, abuse, copyright, deletion, child-safety, and security support paths.
This text is an implementation draft and requires human and legal review before public launch.
Policy details
Effective date: 2026-07-27. Policy version: alpha-public-v1. English (United States) controls.
Planned public support paths
The planned aliases are support@nore-app.com, abuse@nore-app.com, copyright@nore-app.com, deletion@nore-app.com, child-safety@nore-app.com, and security@nore-app.com. They route to a shared mailbox; child-safety and security require restricted access for the on-call primary and backup.
REVIEW REQUIRED before public launch. These aliases, routing rules, restricted access, acknowledgements, tags, escalation, and 24/7 coverage are not yet verified as operational. This page remains a draft and G1 stays blocked until external delivery tests and incident drills pass.
Urgent safety
If someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services first. Nore support is not an emergency service.
Use in-app report actions when available so the moderation queue receives the content and account context. Use the beta support path only when in-app reporting is unavailable or you cannot access the account.
What to include
- For abuse or safety reports: the profile, content URL, report reason, and whether anyone is in immediate danger.
- For account or deletion help: the account email, username if known, and enough context for identity verification. Do not send passwords, authentication codes, payment details, private keys, or sensitive illegal material.
- For copyright issues: identify the work, the Nore URL, your relationship to the rights holder, and the basis for the request. See Copyright.
- For beta feedback: include the route, device or browser, and what happened.
