Nore account lifecycle
Delete Account
Public account deletion resource for users who can or cannot sign in.
This text is an implementation draft and requires human and legal review before public launch.
Policy details
Effective date: 2026-07-27. Policy version: alpha-public-v1. English (United States) controls.
If you can sign in
Use the in-app account deletion flow from account or safety settings. After password confirmation, Nore immediately hides the account and revokes active sessions. You then have exactly 30 days to restore it by signing in with email and password through the restricted recovery screen.
If you cannot sign in
Submitting this form does not delete the account automatically. Enter the email address on the account. Nore returns the same neutral result whether or not an eligible account matches. If one matches, the email challenge is an identity verification step that proves control before a human reviews the deletion request.
Do not enter a password, authentication code, payment information, private key, or sensitive illegal material. This form accepts only the account email.
If you cannot use this form, see Support for an alternate support path. The intended public mailbox is deletion@nore-app.com and remains a launch blocker until delivery and access controls are verified.
Timing, export, and retention
The restoration deadline is exactly 30 days in UTC and repeated requests do not restart it. After the deadline, restoration returns an expired result and irreversible anonymization and eligible R2/Stream cleanup begin.
Self-service data export is not available. Request an export through the verified manual support process before starting deletion; the process remains unavailable until the support and secure delivery channels are activated.
Some records may be retained when needed for safety, abuse prevention, legal compliance, dispute handling, or audit integrity. Report, sanction, appeal, security, and anti-abuse records may not follow the same deletion timing as ordinary profile media.
