Policy status

These Alpha terms are implementation drafts. They are not final legal advice and must not be activated as final terms until Nore has a designated legal entity and qualified Mexico and United States review.

Who may use Nore

Nore is a beta-stage social app for creating profiles, posts, Bits, Watch videos, clips, blogs, comments, chats, communities, and related media. You must be at least 13 years old to use Nore.

You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping access to your account secure.

Accounts for teens aged 13 to 17

Accounts created by people under 18 start with a private profile. The user may later change that setting; Nore does not publicly display their age or date of birth.

Follow requests, direct messages, groups, chats, and Live retain the product's general controls, including accepting or declining requests, reporting, and blocking. This Alpha has no additional contact restriction based only on being 13 to 17.

Account rules

• Do not impersonate another person or organization.
• Do not evade moderation, sanctions, rate limits, blocks, mutes, or safety systems.
• Do not attempt to access private accounts, private media, internal systems, or non-public operational details.
• Do not use Nore for malware, phishing, spam, illegal activity, or copyright infringement.

User content

You remain responsible for content you create or upload. Nore may remove, restrict, preserve, or review content when needed for safety, abuse prevention, legal compliance, or audit integrity. Nudity and sexual content are not publishable; narrow medical, educational, breastfeeding, or public-interest exceptions remain hidden until human approval.

Beta changes

Nore is preparing a public Alpha, not a mature production release. Features, policy text, moderation workflows, and availability may change during Alpha. Do not rely on Alpha behavior as permanent.

Account deletion and support

Signed-in users should use the in-app account deletion flow where available. Users who cannot sign in can start from Delete Account. Support and abuse paths are described at Support.
